This is an ultra-fast scanner that can process 50 images per minute, compared to an average of 30 IPM for similarly priced products. It has an A4 scanning area, which is 10-15% larger than A4. This means it will accept a maximum document size of 8.5 inches x 34 inches (215 x 863 mm) The built-in contact image sensor requires the document to touch the scanning glass for perfect scanning, and the device produces high-quality images at 600 dpi resolution.

In terms of interface compatibility, the device has TWAI, WIA, ICA and SANE interfaces, similar to other portable scanners in its price range. This scanner allows the use of plain paper, thin paper, heavy paper, thick paper, recycled paper, business cards and plastic cards with thicknesses from 35-270 gsm.
